Internships
Internships are a great way
to gain on-the-job experience while earning academic
credit in the AgriBusiness Management Program. The
courses Agribusiness Mgmt 495A (U.S. Internships) or
Agribusiness Mgmt 495B (International Internships)
can be taken for up to 6 credits. Internships allow
you to apply your knowledge gained in AgriBusiness
Management Program classes in a business of your
choice. Internships may also help you show a
potential future employer your strengths.
To register for an
internship, first discuss your ideas with your
academic advisor. Then see Megan Sinasky or
Donna Hawbaker
in the Undergraduate Programs Office for the
application form that you will need to make it
happen.
- TIP: Impressing an
employer through an internship is a very
successful strategy!
